We’re looking for a Senior Social Designer – Motion & Performance to join the dedicated social team within a growing global Creative Hub.

This is a specifically social-first design role .

You’ll create content across static, motion, animation, and short-form video for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok , working across both organic AND paid social .

We need someone who understands that great social creative isn't simply a campaign resized for Instagram. You understand hooks, platform behavior, trends, pacing, formats, and what makes someone stop scrolling .

This is a senior, hands-on creative role with no formal people management . You'll focus on the craft while helping set the standard for what great social creative looks like.

What You'll Do:

• Create social-first content across static, motion, animation, and short-form video
• Design specifically for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social platforms
• Work across both organic AND paid social , adapting your creative approach based on the objective and audience
• Create scroll-stopping motion graphics, animated typography, Reels, short-form video, and static content
• Translate larger campaign concepts into platform-native social creative and cutdowns
• Develop creative with strong hooks designed to capture attention quickly
• Bring current social trends, formats, platform behaviors, and creative best practices into your work
• Adapt and optimize creative across different channels, audiences, formats, and aspect ratios
• Balance fast-turnaround social content with larger campaign moments without sacrificing quality
• Work closely with social, content, copy, production, PM, and wider creative teams
• Use AI-supported creative tools to accelerate versioning, adaptation, and production
• Share your knowledge of social craft and platform best practice with other designers

What We're Looking For:

Your portfolio should demonstrate a genuine specialization in social-first creative + Motion

We're looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience creating social-first creative
• Experience across both organic AND paid social
• A portfolio showing static design, motion graphics, animation, and short-form video
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok , and how creative needs to change across platforms
• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, trends, platform-native formats, and audience behavior
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Strong After Effects skills for motion graphics and animation
• Experience with Premiere Pro and short-form video editing
• Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills
• Excellent typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling
• Experience creating and adapting assets across 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9 , and other social formats
• An understanding of performance creative and how paid social differs creatively from organic content
• Experience working in a fast-paced social agency, creative agency, content studio, or in-house social/creative team
• Experience with B2B or corporate brands is beneficial
• Strong professional English for collaborating with global teams

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social creative .

You should understand why something works on TikTok but might not work on LinkedIn, how paid creative differs from organic, when motion will outperform static, and how to turn an idea into something that feels native to the feed rather than adapted for it .
