Perfil: Arquitecto o ing Civil
Responsabilidades
• Supervisar y controlar la operación de todos los proyectos activos del portafolio.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de cronogramas, presupuestos y estándares de calidad en campo.
• Implementar procesos operativos, flujos de trabajo y modelos de ejecución eficientes.
• Coordinar a Líderes y Gerentes de Proyecto, supervisores y equipos técnicos.
• Gestionar proveedores y contratistas, asegurando desempeño, calidad y costos.
• Analizar riesgos operativos e implementar estrategias de mitigación y contención.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas de seguridad, construcción y marco legal.
• Presentar reportes operativos periódicos a la Dirección General.
• Promover la mejora continua, estandarización y adopción de herramientas tecnológicas.
• Evaluar el desempeño del personal operativo y participar en decisiones de contratación.
• Supervisar el cierre técnico–operativo de proyectos y la entrega al cliente.
