Launch Engineer - Automotive Process & Change Leader

Link-Worldwide is looking for a professional in Monterrey to manage engineering changes from concept to production. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of experience in an automotive role, leveraging strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and project management.
Responsibilities include overseeing engineering changes, supporting production KPIs, and driving continuous improvement. Advanced English proficiency is required, along with experience in product launches and tools such as AutoCAD and Excel.
