Job Responsibilities

• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.

• Transfer information from documents, spreadsheets, forms, and other sources into databases.
• Perform basic data verification and quality checks.
• Complete and submit assigned data tasks within the required deadlines.
• Track completed tasks and report task status when required.
• Follow data entry procedures and instructions carefully.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Communicate with team members through email, chat, or online collaboration tools.

Requirements

• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
• Good written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and submit completed tasks on time.
• Previous data entry experience is an advantage but not required.
