DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL
• Desarrolla, implementa y mantiene el Sistema de Gestión de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente.
• Lidera auditorías internas y externas, coordina planes de acción y da seguimiento al cierre de hallazgos.
• Asegura el cumplimiento de las leyes aplicables de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente.
EXPERIENCIA Y EDUCACIÓN
• Ingeniería industrial o ambiental, químico biólogo o campo relacionado.
• Mínimo 6 años de experiencia trabajando en EHS.
• Inglés
CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES Y CERTIFICACIONES
• Desarrollo de proyectos, investigación, liderazgo y gestión.
• Conocimiento de la legislación ambiental, de salud y seguridad.
• Experiencia en la gestión de trámites ante dependencias gubernamentales.
• Auditor interno ISO 45001.
• 5 años de experiencia en Sistemas de Gestión HSE
• Conocimiento estadístico de herramientas lean
• Ergonomía y manejo seguro de maquinaria y equipos.
PRINCIPALES TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES
• Liderar un equipo responsable de asegurar la implementación de diversos programas y actividades relacionadas con la salud, seguridad y medio ambiente.
• Socio de negocio según aplique en diferentes áreas y departamentos de la empresa.
• Genera y promueve estrategias orientadas a mejorar indicadores para proporcionar un entorno seguro y reducir la huella ambiental.
• Mantener métricas del sitio y corporativas y reportarlas de acuerdo con las necesidades de las diferentes reuniones y departamentos.
• Verifica el cumplimiento y la adherencia a los programas de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente.
• Atiende a inspectores y representantes del gobierno.
• Realiza, coordina, participa y asegura el cumplimiento de auditorías internas y externas, así como la ejecución de acciones correctivas derivadas de las mismas.
• Recopila, documenta y mantiene información relevante de las distintas áreas del departamento: gestión de riesgos, manejo de residuos (aire, suelo, agua, etc.), auditorías, reportes corporativos, etc.
• Genera estrategias de evaluación y gestión de riesgos.
• Proporciona capacitación en Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, guía a los equipos para asegurar el cumplimiento oportuno y promueve el aprendizaje en el grupo bajo su supervisión.
• Brinda orientación y participa en la implementación y documentación de procedimientos y formatos de alto riesgo, como contratistas, trabajos en altura, corte y soldadura, LOTO, electricidad, espacios confinados, etc., incluyendo el control de cambios.
