Senior Salesforce Consultant & Technical Mentor

Link-Worldwide is looking for a skilled Salesforce Support Specialist in Isla Guadalupe, Baja California. The role involves taking ownership of Salesforce support items and providing advanced support for automation and integration issues while mentoring junior team members.
The ideal candidate holds a university degree in a relevant field and has at least 3 years of experience in Salesforce support, equipped with strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication capabilities. A Salesforce Administrator certification is required, and knowledge of ITIL is beneficial.
