• Basic ERP module understanding
• OS/DB fundamentals
• Intro to AWS/Azure/GCP
• Basic networking (VPN, LB, IP ranges)
• Basic infra operations awareness
• ServiceNow & ITIL basics
• Supports maintenance & simple upgrades
