We are now expanding our presence in Latin America and seeking a high-performing Sales Manager in Mexico to drive business growth and strengthen customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales with existing customers while actively developing new leads and prospects in Mexico.
- Promote and sell Freemen Nutra’s ingredient portfolio using a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
- Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations aligned with market trends and technical requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders (R&D, Purchasing, Senior Management).
- Prepare clear and effective proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product management, logistics, quality, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor competitors, market dynamics, and opportunities for new products or applications.
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with efficiency and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipelines in CRM/ERP systems.
- Attend key industry events, trade shows, and customer visits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in nutritional ingredients, food & beverage, or dietary supplement industries.
- Proven experience in account management, business development.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to work effectively across cultures with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability.
