Job Description

What You’ll Do

• Oversee operations at Wallenius Wilhelmsen’s Vehicle Processing Center
• Lead continuous process improvements
• Achieve a safe and cost-efficient work environment
• Meet performance targets

What You’ll Need

• 3-5 years first line supervisory and employee relations experience
• Proficiency in SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory management
• Microsoft Office computer skills, and database navigational skills
• A 4‑year degree is preferred or high school diploma with equivalent experience
• A valid driver’s license and ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
