The Global Web & Digital Marketing team leads digital transformation across CHI and is seeking a talented, entrepreneurial thinker to join as Senior Manager, Global Digital Marketing, part of the Marketing, Brand & Demand Generation organization at Capsugel. In this role, you will lead digital marketing strategy, execution, and reporting for ACHIEV® - Capsugel's B2B e-commerce and customer portal - while flexing to support broader Global Web & Digital Marketing initiatives across CHI. This position sits at the intersection of platform marketing, digital channel management, and global campaign support, partnering cross-functionally with product marketing, commercial excellence, regional marketing, and IT. Successful candidates must operate at both a strategic level, developing innovative digital marketing solutions, and at a tactical level, analyzing data, solving problems, and driving execution across multiple priorities.

What you will do

• Lead digital marketing strategy and execution for the ACHIEV® platform across paid, owned, and earned channels (SEM, display, LinkedIn, email, organic, and content), driving new user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with ACHIEV® business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging, brand standards, and optimized funnel performance from awareness through registration to platform activation.
• Own marketing automation strategy for ACHIEV®, including lead nurturing flows, onboarding sequences, re‑engagement campaigns, and full customer lifecycle marketing programs.
• Manage digital content strategy in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including whitepapers, customer stories, infographics, webinars, and platform messaging, ensuring discoverability and quality across channels.
• Support SEO and website performance for ACHIEV® content and adjacent CHI digital properties, ensuring optimization for both users and search engines.
• Flex on demand to support Global Digital Marketing team with ad hoc projects, campaigns, and channel activations, bringing platform expertise and execution capability to broader CHI initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (traffic, conversions, activation, retention, CAC, LTV), translating data into actionable insights and continuous campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Regional Marketing, and Analytics teams to align campaigns with product roadmaps, commercial goals, and customer needs.
• Manage agency partners and external vendors, providing strategic direction, creative feedback, and execution oversight to ensure delivery quality and efficiency.
• Apply e-commerce marketing expertise to ACHIEV® promotional campaigns and platform positioning, leveraging best‑in‑class tactics to drive adoption and revenue growth.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• English fluent
• 5+ years demonstrated experience managing and executing in digital marketing platforms and campaigns, including strategy, deployment, and performance reporting
• Experience in a global B2B organization in Life Sciences, Biotech, or related industry
• Travel 15% to 20% Globally
• The ability and willingness to collaborate across multiple time zones.
