Senior Associate - US Taxation (Guadalajara)

At Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specializing in accounting, tax preparation, and advisory services for CPA firms across North America, we are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Senior Associate – US Taxation to support U.S. CPA firms with tax preparation, tax compliance, and client engagement activities.

This position is idóneo for professionals with experience in U.S. taxation who are looking to expand their expertise while working directly with accounting professionals and CPA firms in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare U.S. individual and business tax returns.
• Work with federal tax forms including 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S.
• Prepare tax workpapers and supporting documentation.
• Assist with tax research and compliance requirements.
• Review client financial statements for tax preparation purposes.
• Coordinate with CPA firms to resolve tax‑related inquiries.
• Ensure timely completion of tax engagements and filing deadlines.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with U.S. tax regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in U.S. Taxation.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.
• Knowledge of tax forms 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S.
• Familiarity with tax software such as Drake, Lacerte, UltraTax, ProSeries, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with U.S. CPA firms.

• Salary Range: $25,000 – $28,000 MXN net per month.
