Validation Engineer (Laboratory)

BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe.

At BEPC Inc., we are looking for a Validation Engineer III with laboratory testing experience and strong knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDPs). Responsible for documentation activities, document change management, and execution of IQ/OQ protocols while supporting validation processes and testing activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute IQ/OQ protocols.

• Manage and support documentation activities.

• Process and implement documentation changes.

• Apply Good Documentation Practices (GDPs) in validation activities.

• Utilize WinKQCL software.

• Work with laboratory testing equipment, including:

• FT-IR IS10

• TGA Q55

• FT-IR IS50

• Ensure that assigned validation activities are performed in a timely manner and in accordance with current

requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• Demonstrate sufficient knowledge in validation skills, GMP, Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:

• Laboratory testing experience.

• Degree in QFB, Chemistry, or Biology.

• 3 - 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and/or 3 – 4 years of experience in medical industry

• Solid experience with GDPs (Good Documentation Practices).

• Experience with documentation management.

• Experience with documentation changes.

• Experience executing IQ/OQ protocols.

• Knowledge of WinKQCL software.

• Knowledge of:

• -FT-IR IS10

• -TGA Q55

• -FT-IR IS50

• Intermediate English.
