About the role

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand identity and ensure that all design work aligns with our brand guidelines
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all design work is optimized for conversion and engagement
• Provide design support for other marketing initiatives, including sales presentation decks and general marketing materials

About You

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing design, preferably in a fast‑paced creative agency or in‑house marketing team
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including conversion rate optimization, user experience, and accessibility
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator, Firefly a bonus
• Proficient in Figma
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience in an interactive ad creation platform like Clipcentric is a bonus
• Good understanding of HTML and CSS
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail in design layouts demonstrating creativity, consistency and clarity
• Experience working in a global company
