Coppel Enterprise
Surtir y empacar la mercancía con base en la hoja de surtido diario, así como realizar los envíos a los diferentes almacenes de Sistemas Infraestructura Tecnológica y de atención Oficinas.
- Generar salidas de equipos y/o materiales solicitados por Gestión Compras
- Mantener identificada las ubicaciones de los equipos y materiales
- Identificar los paquetes para su traspaso
- Mantener informado al Gerente de los envíos realizados
- Contar con los folios propuestos para la realización de traspasos
- Enviar por traspaso lo solicitado por Gestión Compras
- Mantener codificados todos los equipos y materiales
- Empacar correctamente los equipos y materiales para evitar daños en el envío
- Agrupar los equipos y materiales para una fácil y correcta distribución, por almacén Infraestructura Tecnológica y/o centros staff
- Mantener libre de tarimas y cartones a la Bodega Nacional y entregar sobrantes
- Dejar limpias y ordenadas las áreas de trabajo después de finalizar con sus actividades
- Verificar existencias del inventario físico contra el sistema, realizando parciales diariamente
