Sobre el puesto
El Sales Engineer será responsable de impulsar el cumplimiento del plan de negocio, fortaleciendo la cartera de clientes existentes, generando nuevas oportunidades y asegurando la conversión del pipeline en ventas, mediante un enfoque consultivo y orientado a resultados.
Responsabilidades
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del Business Plan, márgenes y crecimiento del portafolio de servicios
- Incrementar la participación en cuentas asignadas
- Convertir oportunidades comerciales (pipeline) en ventas efectivas
- Expandir la presencia en el mercado mediante la generación de nuevas cuentas
- Posicionar soluciones basadas en valor
- Promover el portafolio de servicios y soluciones
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con tomadores de decisión clave
Requisitos
- Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electrónica, Industrial o afín
- Experiencia en ventas consultivas y transaccionales
- Conocimiento en mantenimiento predictivo y correctivo
- Experiencia comercial
- Excel intermedio
- Disponibilidad para viajar
Deseable
- Experiencia en desarrollo de remanufactura
- Experiencia impartiendo entrenamientos
- Conocimiento en equipos rotativos
