Job Description

Compensation starts at $1,500 per month (USD).

Hours: Closing Shift – Available 1:30 pm–10 pm EST (2:30 am–11 am local time).

Remote position; you can work from home.

We are seeking high‑level administrative/customer service professionals with fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Assist our clients in all their business development processes by administrating and coordinating all elements of their business needs.

Become a vital part of our partners’ business growth and develop a professional relationship that will make them irreplaceable.

Perform tasks that require superior writing, learning various software, an eye for graphic design, attention to detail, understanding of digital and social media, and systematic process implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, multi‑tasking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Ability to learn and navigate several types of software.
• Attention to detail and systematic process implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with social media posting and advertising.
• Experience with digital advertising.
• Experience with website content management.
• Good eye for graphic design.

Required Equipment

• Desktop computer (Core i5 Intel and above preferred).
• High‑speed internet (required).
