As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help us expand our online presence and connect with those who need our legal services.Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist join our team remotely. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our digital marketing initiatives, focusing primarily on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and dynamic social media campaigns.

Because this role uniquely blends marketing with client relations, you will also be assisting with initial client intakes and lead processing. Therefore, complete fluency in English (both spoken and written) is an absolute requirement.

• Lead Generation & Intake: Act as a first point of contact for incoming digital leads. You will communicate directly with potential clients, requiring excellent English communication skills to ensure a professional, empathetic, and smooth intake process.
• Social Media Management: Plan, create, and execute engaging social media campaigns across various platforms to build brand awareness and drive community engagement.
• SEO Strategy: Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve our search rankings, increase organic traffic, and optimize our digital content.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and SEO efforts, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Content Collaboration: Work alongside our team to ensure marketing messaging is accurate, professional, and aligned with our firm's values.

• Location: 100% Remote position.
• Language: Fully fluent in English (written and spoken). You must be completely comfortable and confident conducting phone calls, managing intakes, and writing emails in English.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SEO best practices, web traffic metrics, and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
• Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a highly professional communication style.
• Bonus: Previous experience working with law firms or in the legal industry is a plus, but not required.
