HR Business Partner

What will you do:

• Partner closely with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and deliver HR solutions that drive organizational performance and growth
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers, guiding them on HR programs, tools, and best practices to strengthen employee engagement, performance, and leadership effectiveness
• Support and execute key HR initiatives, including talent development, talent reviews, and internal mobility processes
• Lead and follow up on key company campaigns and engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment and impactful execution
• Collaborate with HR Operations and Centers of Excellence to implement workforce and organizational development strategies
• Provide end-to-end HR support across employee relations, talent management, and organizational effectiveness
• Contribute to building and sustaining a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with a strong ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels
• Solid business acumen, with the capability to translate business needs into practical and effective HR solutions
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to navigate diverse teams and environments
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices, including employee relations, talent management, and organizational development
• A proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to support decision‑making
• Hands‑on experience managing HR initiatives such as employee engagement campaigns, talent development programs, and talent review processes
• Strong focus on HR operations and follow‑through, ensuring successful execution of company‑wide initiatives and internal talent processes
