Counter Manager: Lead & Inspire High-Impact Beauty Sales

PSC Industries

PSC Industries in Mexico is seeking a dynamic Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.

You will drive in-store events, customer relationship management, and a strategic plan to recruit and retain customers, becoming the Chief Executive Officer of your store in terms of accountability and growth.
