As the premier academic advising, degree audit, and analytics tool, Degree Works provides a unique opportunity to make a real difference in colleges and universities. In this role, you'll transform academic catalog information into Degree Works' proprietary language, laying the foundation for students' academic success. Where you will make an impact

• Understand the Scribe language and its impact on degree audit results.
• Review and analyze degree and program information for accurate transcription.
• Track critical information regarding business processes and outcomes.
• Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless Degree Works deployment.
• Analyze data to recommend procedural changes that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Meet implementation timelines and collaborate with project teams to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Deliver high-quality work that aligns with fiscal goals and supports desired customer outcomes.
• Utilize tracking software for project management and continuously improve through company tools.
• Provide a remote environment conducive to productivity and professional communication.

What you will bring

• Experience in academic advising, graduation validation, or student information systems.
• Skilled in diplomacy, tact, and customer service.
• Knowledge of administrative software systems, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet inflexible deadlines.
• Capable of working independently with minimal direction.
