What you'll do

• Own and build the production Python backend for multi-agent, conversational AI systems — orchestration and business logic, not just scripting
• Design and implement multi-agent / LLM workflows using Pydantic AI, LangChain, or CrewAI (agent definitions, orchestration, tool calling)
• Build RAG pipelines — retrieval, embeddings, vector search, chunking — including code-aware, codebase-level retrieval
• Integrate the AI backend with a .NET / React front end at the API level
• Work directly with US-based stakeholders in standups and client touchpoints

What you'll bring

• Production-level Python engineering, owning orchestration and business logic
• Hands-on experience with a multi-agent / LLM framework (Pydantic AI, LangChain, or CrewAI)
• Working knowledge of an Azure-native stack (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure compute)
• API-level integration across a .NET / React boundary, working independently
• Strong spoken and written English for client-facing work
• Meaningful working-hours overlap with US Eastern time

Nice to have

• AI observability tooling (Pydantic Logfire or equivalent)
• AI-assisted dev tools (Cursor or similar)
• Consulting / client-delivery background in fast-moving, fail-fast environments
• Cross-cloud exposure to AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, Textract / Comprehend)
• Manufacturing, construction, or ERP-adjacent domain exposure
• Static analysis / codebase parsing experience
