Program Manager (Aftermarket) (Monterrey)

First Brands Group, LLC is hiring a New Product Introduction Program Manager to lead our go‑to‑market efforts for new products.

The role is full‑time, located remotely or hybrid (HIBRYD).

Responsibilities

• Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and serve as the single point of contact for assigned projects.
• Oversee cross‑functional collaboration to ensure project objectives and deadlines are communicated and met.
• Create, track, and report status of detailed project plans for high‑visibility projects.
• Ensure NPI stakeholders (customers, product management, sales, and Business Unit leadership) are kept up to date regarding project status.
• Maintain an awareness of business activities that can impact NPI activities and develop appropriate risk mitigations.
• Escalate project risks to functional level managers and Business Unit leadership to ensure timely completion.
• Lead daily and weekly meetings to establish, communicate, and monitor priorities, and assign ownership of issues and risks.
• Act as the NPI process owner, creating and maintaining appropriate process flows for efficient project execution.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in technical or business management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years combined professional experience in operations, engineering, supply chain, purchasing, or program management.
• Experience in aftermarket product development and launch (preferred).
• Knowledge of molding and assembly processes (preferred).
• Ability to lead and motivate employees.
• Proficiency in Excel, Project Management, and APQP.
