Experienced Airbnb Manager

The Hosting Helper is growing fast and looking for a seasoned Airbnb Manager to join our growing short-term rental team. This is not a VA or entry-level role — we’re hiring a professional with real experience and expertise in managing short-term rentals.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the main point of contact for property owners & enterprise partners
• Handle escalated guest issues with confidence and professionalism
• Conduct client strategy calls and performance reviews
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate on strategy, quality control, and guest experience improvements
• Engage knowledgeably in conversations around revenue performance (you won’t manage pricing, but must understand it)

Who You Are:

• You’ve personally managed short-term rental properties (ideally your own)
• You have 2+ years of experience as an Airbnb Manager or equivalent
• You are confident on client calls and can discuss detailed topics with ease
• You can handle high-pressure guest situations with calm and clarity
• You have a solid understanding of revenue management concepts
• Your English is flawless — both written and spoken

Role Details:

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST
• Remote position
• Salary: Starting $1200 USD per Month with room to grow
