Deliver Service Partner Operation

Job Responsibilities

1. Recruitment of qualified suppliers and last-mile delivery partners.
2. Provide training on delivery processes and ensure that drivers have the necessary knowledge and tools.
3. Ensure that suppliers comply with the legal and regulatory documentation and requirements for last mile delivery.
4. Budget management: for recruitment and onboarding activities to minimize costs and maintain quality standards.
5. Act as a liaison between departments, fostering collaboration.
6. Identify areas for improvement in recruitment and onboarding processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience and knowledge in last mile delivery.
• Intermediate English preferred.
