Responsabilidades Objetivo del puesto Asegurar la calidad de los proveedores mediante la implementación de procesos de mejora continua, auditorías y seguimiento de desempeño para garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de la empresa. Responsabilidades principales
- Evaluar, desarrollar y auditar proveedores.
- Implementar procesos APQP, PPAP y control de cambios.
- Investigar y resolver problemas de calidad con proveedores.
- Analizar métricas de desempeño (PPM, entregas, reclamos).
- Liderar acciones correctivas y preventivas (8D, CAPA).
- Colaborar con compras, ingeniería y producción.
- Ingeniería industrial, mecánica o afín.
- 3+ años en calidad de proveedores.
- Conocimiento en normas ISO 9001 / IATF 16949.
- Manejo de herramientas de calidad (AMEF, SPC, Ishikawa).
- Inglés intermedio/avanzado.
- Pensamiento analítico.
- Resolución de problemas.
- Comunicación efectiva.
- Trabajo en equipo.
