What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead complex engineering initiatives , supporting existing products and driving cost-out and product dispositions.
• Create technical drawings for custom tubing and serve as a technical leader across teams in Querétaro and Van Wert.
• Develop test plans , analyze performance data, and deliver clear, conclusive technical reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve technical issues and support ongoing product needs.
• Ensure project milestones are met , maintaining effective communication and monitoring critical performance metrics.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in product engineering or manufacturing engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, or another Engineering discipline.
• Proficiency in advanced problem-solving tools , engineering analysis, and technical communication.
• Experience leading complex engineering projects and mentoring peers.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish , with strong technical communication skills.
