Vans Technical Trainer

Day to day (main tasks)

• :Technical training specialized in diagnostics and the use of tools and software. Lead the development and delivery of comprehensive technical training programs for Mercedes-Benz Vans vehicles. This includes designing training programs that ensure our technicians develop strong expertise, directly supporting vehicle performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This work strengthens our market position through superior technical proficiency and brand trust
• Electric vehicle technical training Collaborate on the development of technical training initiatives aligned with our electric mobility strategy for Mercedes-Benz Vans electric vehicles. This contribution is essential to equipping our teams with the advanced skills required for the future of sustainable mobility and to supporting a smooth transition in the network. Conduct market visits, competitor analysis and customers follow up
• Qualified maintenance technician training for Mercedes-Benz Vans vehicles Design and deliver high-impact, face-to-face qualification programs for maintenance technicians across the Mercedes-Benz Vans network. This hands-on training supports quality, safety, and customer trust by helping maintain a highly skilled and certified service network
• Commercial training for sales Partner closely on the development and deployment of commercial training programs. This collaboration helps equip the sales team with the knowledge and value propositions needed to effectively position and sell electric and internal combustion vehicle solutions
• Provide specialized technical support to resolve issues in collaboration with technicians at general distributors (GDs). Track TIPS (Technical Information and Problem System) cases and support warranty evaluation

Profile

• Bachelor's degree: Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in technical training on internal combustion and electric vehicles
• Direct experience with electric vehicle (EV) technology
• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and implementing technical training curricula
• Strong track record of effectively delivering complex technical information to diverse audience
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in coaching or mentoring technical staff
• Use of automotive diagnostic equipment, software, and technical information systems
