POSITION SUMMARY

Performs key commercial aspects of Indirect purchasing such as: identify core function or business unit specifications, market research, supplier selection, price negotiation, and global coordination. Will lead efforts with regional and global Indirect purchasing members as well as establish the development of the assigned category strategies.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES

• Sourcing: Managesselection and sourcing of suppliersaspart of the strategic supply basewhileensuring continuity, consistency of quality and competitive pricing. Follows the New Supplier Form (NSF) set up process to ensure that all new suppliers are set uptimelyand accurately.
• Strategic Negotiation : Negotiate rental prices, delivery conditions, security deposits, and contractual clauses with owners or real estate agencies to achieve the highest cost-efficiency for the company. Conductsmarket tests and cost control renegotiationstomaintaincost competitiveness.
• Contract Drafting and Management: Draft, review, and manage lease agreements, ensuring legal compliance, proper management of renewals, terminations, and accurate document archiving (NDA, contracts, pricing sheets, etc.)
• Property Care and Maintenance: Coordinate and promptly follow up on maintenance or fault reports in occupied properties, managing necessary repairs with landlords or service providers.
• Administration and Control: Oversee the payment of rent, utilities, and maintenance fees, ensuring there are no penalties or service interruptions.

Travel Requirements: Must be willing to travel within in MX if needed
