ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Business Delivery Department is seeking a Business Project Manager. This position will be in the Queretaro Ria office. The Business Project Manager will be responsible for aligning projects with business objectives, by developing detailed work plans, managing cross‑functional teams, tracking milestones, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. This role is essential in driving initiatives that support the company’s overall strategic goals and vision.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and Manage Project Plans: Create comprehensive project plans, estimate required resources, and define materials, budgets, timelines, and scope required for successful project completion.
• Conduct Project Analysis: Perform cost analysis, scheduling assessments, risk analysis, and measure business impact before, during, and after project execution.
• Report to Upper Management: Prepare and deliver clear verbal and written reports to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, deadlines, and key performance metrics.
• Track Project Performance: Measure project performance using appropriate tools, frameworks, and reporting systems.
• Coordinate with Project Teams: Guide and support team members to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and project requirements, providing coaching as needed.
• Serve as Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison when multiple business units are involved in the same project to ensure alignment and synergy across teams.
• Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met and communication is consistent.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project) or other Project Manager tools.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Project Manager.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management (PMP certification is preferred) or a related field.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Time Management: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, deadlines, and resources effectively.
• Adaptability: Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
• Stress Management: Capacity to manage high‑pressure situations and tight deadlines.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong people-management, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Problem‑Solving: Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Language: Bilingual a must, fluent in English and Spanish.
