Junior Technical Recruiter (Hybrid – Querétaro, Mexico)

We are looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter who is excited about taking on new professional challenges and enjoys connecting with people to help them reach their full potential.

• Hybrid work schedule: 3 days onsite (Monday–Wednesday) and 2 days remote (Thursday and Friday)

Who we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations , or a related field
• Advanced conversational English (required)
• Previous recruitment knowledge is a plus, but not required
• Experience with administrative tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Results-oriented mindset
• Process-oriented approach
• Interest in working in an international environment
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Must reside in Querétaro (our office is located in Juriquilla)

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates
• Conduct candidate interviews
• Schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers
• Constant contact with clients and lead generation
• Support the full recruitment lifecycle
