Job Requirements

• Master's degree in one of the following fields: Engineering, Ergonomics, Human Factors, Physiology, Biomechanics, Human Kinetics, Psychology, Cognitive systems or other related fields
• +1 year of relevant experience in the field
• Experience in the automotive industry
• Experience with HMI
• Experience with user‑centered design and requirements development
• Understanding of electrical engineering systems and development processes
• Experience with Photoshop, Visio, Doors, Adobe XD
• Good organizational, teamwork and problem‑solving skills; ability to meet deadlines amidst changing vehicle designs
• Detail oriented, versatile, and able to prioritize and facilitate alignments globally
• Understanding of benchmarking competitive vehicle designs for usability and ergonomics, including heuristic and objective measurements
• Experience with vehicle life‑cycle design and development
• High level of proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
