We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their orders, inquiries, and concerns are handled with efficiency, accuracy, and a strong customer-first mindset.
You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by coordinating closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to ensure timely communication, shipment tracking, and documentation. Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and stay organized will be essential to providing a seamless service experience for both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
- Takes care of customers and their orders, inquiries, and complaints in a consistent, fast, friendly, and communicative manner, aligned with customer needs.
- Receives customer orders (email, customer portal, EDI, phone) and enters them into the respective ERP system (SAP / customer portal).
- Follows up on customer orders and independently negotiates order details with customers (delivery dates, quantities, partial deliveries).
- Manages customer complaints, identifying and implementing solutions when they are related to Customer Service.
- Ensures timely communication, shipment, and documentation through assertive and collaborative interaction with Sales/BU, order fulfillment teams, Credit, and PSRA.
- Coordinates effectively with all areas of the Supply Chain, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
Required skills and experience
- Experience in Customer Service is preferred; candidates should have a basic understanding of Supply Chain and logistics processes.
- Good knowledge of standard office software.
- Resourceful, with a strong sense of initiative.
Qualifications
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
