We’re Hiring: Marketing Coordinator (Resident Retention & Experience)

Mexico City | Multifamily Real Estate | ✈️ U.S. Travel Required

We’re looking for a highly analytical, creative, and AI-savvy Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about customer experience, retention strategies, and turning data into impactful business decisions.

In this role, you’ll help shape the resident journey across our multifamily portfolio in the Southern United States by combining:

✨ Data Analytics

✨ Resident Experience Strategy

✨ AI-powered Insights (Gemini & Claude)

✨ Marketing & Reputation Management

You’ll work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and leadership teams to improve resident retention, optimize customer satisfaction, and strengthen our brand reputation.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, consumer insights, CX, or retention analytics

• Advanced Excel and dashboard/reporting skills (Google Looker Studio preferred)

• Experience leveraging AI tools such as Gemini and Claude

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills

• B1/B2 Visa and availability to travel to the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, social media campaigns
• Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
• Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2 - 3 years' experience in marketing/brand management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of all social networking platforms
