BACKGROUND

The Brink's Company (NYSE: BCO) is the global leader in total cash management, route-based secure logistics, and payment solutions. Our customers include financial institutions, retailers, government agencies, mints, jewelers, and other commercial operations across more than 100 countries.

As part of a global Source-to-Pay transformation leveraging Coupa and ServiceNow, Brink's is establishing a Procurement Center of Excellence (COE) and PMO function to drive governance, standardization, and operational alignment across procurement processes. This function serves as the control point between business users, category teams, shared services (MSP), and system partners to ensure effective execution of the global design.

JOB SUMMARY

Position Product Manager – ATM Managed Services (AMS)

Role Purpose

Own the AMS product strategy and lifecycle, ensuring the service portfolio remains competitive, scalable, profitable, and operationally executable. This role acts as the integrator across all business functions to continuously improve AMS capabilities, develop supplier ecosystems, standardize commercial models, and drive product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own AMS product roadmap, service strategy and portfolio evolution.

• Align Operations, IT, Finance, Procurement, Global AMS, Service Delivery and Commercial teams.

• Define and standardize AMS service catalog, pricing structures and commercial models.

• Identify, recruit and develop strategic suppliers and partners.

• Lead development of new AMS capabilities, tools, operational functionalities and internal systems.

• Drive automation, process optimization and internal governance initiatives.

• Define KPIs, service standards and product governance across the AMS portfolio.

• Support sales organization with product positioning, scope definition and strategic opportunities.

• Ensure scalability, profitability and competitiveness of AMS offerings.

Profile & Background

• 8–12+ years within ATM industry, Managed Services, Banking, Financial Services or Technology Services.

• Strong understanding of ATM ecosystem, service delivery, operations and commercial models.

• Experience managing products, services or business lines.

• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

• Fluent English mandatory due to continuous interaction with global teams.

• Strong analytical capacity and decision-making skills.
