The SSCM will attend to customer and operational issues regarding the flow of material into and out of Flex Lifestyle in support of the Customer’s programs and ensure overall customer satisfaction regarding incoming material and supply chain management.What a typical day looks like:Customer Load to Commit: Objective is drive to 100% alignment for assigned customers.Customer RPPV: Objective is to meet and exceed annual retained purchase price variance goals for assigned customers.Customer On-Hand Inventory and Inventory Turnover: Objective is to rationalize planned on-hand inventory levels for assigned customers to achieve on time delivery objectives while maximizing Inventory Turnover.Customer Excess & Obsolete Inventory: Objective is to maintain the minimal amount of on-hand and on-order excess and obsolete inventory for assigned customers without jeopardize customer delivery commitments and requirements.Customer Satisfaction: Objective is to maintain acceptable levels of customer satisfaction for assigned customers as measured by Flex’s customer survey toolThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experienceExceptional skills having managed multiple, complex programs simultaneously with respect to order schedule adherence, cost, and inventory.Solid experience in one or more disciplines of supply chain management and operations.
