Quality Engineer/Customer service & PPAPS
- Comply with the Company's Internal Policies and Systems.
- Monitoring and status of PPAP preparation
- Ensure compliance with the deadlines for each of the schedules activities of the PPAPS.
- Create and send PPAPs to the Client on a scheduled basis according to established dates.
- Obtain PPAP approval per program per client.
- Monitoring and tracking of customer complaints. (Portals)Management and control of preventive and corrective actions, including the Action Matrix.
- Customer complaint follow-up – Quality alerts – containment – 8D's responsibility, as well as identifying the root causes of the incidents.
- Scheduling follow-up meetings with clients to close complaints.
- Maintain constant and effective communication with assigned clients.
- Closing Customer Complaints and 8Ds with the Multifunctional Team
- Monitoring of containment expenses, raffles, and customer charges for rejections. EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years of experience in Quality Systems
- 3 years of experience building a system from scratch
- 2 years of experience in customer service
- 2 years of experience leading new product launches (APQP)
- Fluent spanish and english
