Fusion Business Resiliency Manager (Fusion BRM) Consultant

Location: Mexico City, Mexico (Preferred). Language Requirement: Advanced/Fluent English (Required).

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fusion Business Resiliency Manager (Fusion BRM) Consultant to support a global business continuity and resilience program. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, helping drive the adoption, administration, and ongoing enhancement of the Fusion platform while ensuring a high level of customer engagement and support. The adecuado candidate will possess deep hands‑on expertise with Fusion BRM, strong English communication skills, and the ability to work directly with business and technology stakeholders in a professional, consultative manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Fusion BRM subject matter expert for business continuity and resilience activities.
• Configure, administer, and maintain the Fusion Business Resiliency Manager platform.
• Support business units in documenting and maintaining Business Impact Analyses (BIA), Risk Assessments, Business Continuity Plans, Disaster Recovery Plans, and Crisis Management Processes.
• Provide guidance and best practices related to operational resilience and business continuity management.
• Conduct user training sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings in English.
• Partner directly with business and technology teams to gather requirements and recommend solutions.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate resolution activities.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and resilience reporting requirements.
• Ensure data quality, process compliance, and ongoing platform optimization.
• Act as a trusted customer‑facing consultant capable of managing discussions with business stakeholders and leadership teams.

Required Qualifications

• Based in or willing to work within the Mexico City region.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Fusion Business Resiliency Manager (Fusion BRM).
• 5+ years of people leadership and/or management experience, including direct engagement with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Business Continuity Management (BCM), Operational Resilience, Disaster Recovery, and Risk Management principles.
• Experience implementing, administering, or supporting Fusion BRM programs.
• Advanced verbal and written English communication skills required.
• Experience working directly with U.S. and/or global stakeholders in a customer‑facing capacity.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven track record of ownership, accountability, responsiveness, and follow‑through on commitments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting global or enterprise‑scale resilience programs.
• Familiarity with ISO ***** and other operational resilience frameworks.
• Experience conducting user training and change management activities.
• Consulting or professional services experience.
