Senior Client Relationship Specialist (English Required)

Sobre la oportunidad
Buscamos un(a) Senior Client Relationship Specialist para formar parte de un equipo global, asumiendo un rol clave enfocado en la gestión de clientes estratégicos y coordinación de procesos de negocio complejos.
La posición requiere un perfil senior, altamente orientado al cliente, con sólida experiencia en gestión de stakeholders internacionales y dominio avanzado del idioma inglés.
Responsabilidades
- Actuar como punto de contacto principal para clientes estratégicos.
- Gestionar procesos complejos de Order-to-Cash y Customer Operations.
- Resolver situaciones críticas e incidencias de negocio.
- Liderar iniciativas de mejora continua.
- Analizar indicadores y tendencias para identificar riesgos y oportunidades.
- Colaborar con equipos globales de Ventas, Finanzas, Planeación y Supply Chain.
- Participar en proyectos de transformación y digitalización.
Requisitos
- Inglés avanzado o bilingüe.
- 5+ años de experiencia en Customer Operations, Customer Experience, Shared Services o Account Management.
- Experiencia gestionando stakeholders regionales o globales.
- Excel avanzado.
- Conocimiento de SAP.
- Experiencia trabajando en entornos multinacionales.
