Plant Controller

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Plan Controller with 5+ years of experience and advanced English skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and controlling the costs associated with the company's manufacturing and operational processes. This role requires a thorough understanding of cost accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

Key Responsibilities

• :Analyze and review production costs, labour, and material expenses
• .Perform variance analysis and provide insights on cost-saving opportunities
• .Maintain and update the cost accounting system to ensure accuracy in costing data
• .Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and financial statements related to inventory and production costs
• .Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing cost data and analysis
• .Work closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure proper cost allocation and efficiency
• .Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
• .Conduct regular reviews of cost accounting procedures and recommend improvements
• .Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations

.Requirements

• :Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• .3+ years of experience in cost accounting or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• .Proficiency in cost accounting principles, financial reporting, and variance analysis
• .Advanced level of English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills
• .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• .Experience with ERP systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• .Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• .Knowledge of standard costing methods and inventory management is a plus
