We’re Hiring: Sales Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive outbound prospecting and pipeline generation within the financial services sector. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, SaaS, and AI, who enjoys connecting with decision-makers and creating new business opportunities.
You’ll play a key role in identifying and engaging C-level executives while collaborating closely with senior sales team members to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Identify and engage C-level and senior decision-makers
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities
• ✍️ Craft personalized outreach messaging for executive audiences
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs
• Collaborate with senior sales team members to transition qualified leads
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve outreach efficiency
• Stay informed on trends in AI, communications, and financial services
✅ Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in outbound sales or business development
• Proven success with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
• Experience engaging C-level executives and decision-makers
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience within financial services or technology environments is a plus
