Lean Manufacturing Engineer (Monterrey)

Responsibilities

• Reach productivity goals through projects development and management focused on vigente priorities.
• Provide strategy for the site and promote creation and tracking indicators.
• Lead on continuous improvement, Connected Enterprise and FTPC.
• Manage the Ideas System and deploy communications for spreading the culture.
• Support Leader and individuals for HPTs.
• Work on the projects for monthly deliverables.
• Define and set clear goals for tracking progress con CI.
• Coordinate and communicate the recognition system and keep nurturing to grow and development.
• Promote Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and strategies oriented to Operational Excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires at least 5 years of experience in continuous improvement area.
• Lean knowledge Green Belt Certified (Black Belt).

Education

• Industrial Engineering degree or a related engineering discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing Lean Training in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Coach.
• Advanced English.
• Peers and lead teams.
• SAP experience.
• Demonstrated experience and project management skills.
