About the role
We’re looking for a creative and hands‑on Social Media Specialist to drive growth across our social platforms in Mexico. This role combines strategy, content creation, and campaign execution.
What you’ll do
- Own and execute social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Plan and publish daily content (feed, stories, short‑form video)
- Create content end‑to‑end: shooting, editing, basic design, and copywriting
- Support and execute campaigns (influencers, events, pop‑ups, festivals)
- Produce real‑time content during events
- Track performance (reach, engagement, growth) and optimize based on data
- Identify trends and explore new platforms
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in social media / digital marketing / content roles
- Strong understanding of the Mexico social media landscape
- Experience managing campaigns (not just posting)
- Hands‑on content creation skills (video, editing, copy)
- Data‑driven and organized, able to handle multiple projects
- Strong collaboration skills (PR, KOL, Marketing teams)
- Advanced English (required)
Nice to have
- Fashion or e‑commerce experience
- Influencer or campaign experience
- Event content creation
