¿Cuál es mi misión como Peole Services?
El People Services Administrator, es el responsable de gestionar, mantener y procesar información de los colaboradores en el HRIS (HR information system), velando por la seguridad y privacidad de los datos. Liderar el proceso interno de contratación y documentación de HR cumpliendo con los requisitos legales de cada región. Gestionar el paquete de beneficios para los colaboradores en su región, cumpliendo la propuesta de valor de Dollarcity.
¿Cuáles son las responsabilidades claves?
- Gestionar, mantener y procesar la información de los colaboradores en el HRIS (HR information system), garantizando la seguridad y privacidad de los datos.
- Liderar el proceso interno de contratación y documentación de recursos humanos, cumpliendo con los requisitos legales del país.
- Realizar altas y bajas del personal y llevar el control de la documentación de cada colaborador. ( IMSS e Incapacidades)
- Gestionar y llevar a cabo el proceso de contratación y afiliación a diferentes entidades, cumpliendo con los requisitos legales y brindando bienestar a los colaboradores.
- Ser el punto de contacto y apoyo para los HRBPs en cuanto a consultas de beneficios legales y extralegales de los colaboradores.
- Garantizar la correcta información y el cierre de incidencias de los colaboradores en el sistema
- Apoyar y promover las actividades de bienestar laboral que promuevan la cultura y engagement en la organización.
- Liderar el cumplimiento de la documentación para los procesos de auditorías internas y externas
-Licenciatura en RH, Contabilidad , Administración o carreras afín.
-Más de 5 años de experiencia en administración de personal ( IMSS, INFONAVIT, Prenómina)
