About the Role
Learning Manager – responsible for fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, enabling employees to thrive in their careers.
Responsibilities and Impact
- Collaborate closely with Learning Business Partners and Design & Enablement Teams to create engaging and relevant learning experiences.
- Build, implement, and facilitate curricula that align with strategic objectives.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders across various levels to understand business demands and conduct learning needs analyses.
- Work in an agile manner to prioritize needs aligned with strategy.
- Support annual Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and curriculum reviews.
- Assess the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals and making data-driven adjustments.
Basic Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of proven experience designing, coordinating, and managing learning projects for global organizations.
- Fluent in English and at least 2 years working in an integral organization where English was the main language.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen eye for detail and high delivery standards.
- Familiar with mainstream adult learning methodologies and fundamentals of instructional design.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing guest trainers and delivering T3 programs.
- Familiarity with mainstream coaching methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence business stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy with interest in advanced technologies such as Gen AI, LXM, etc.
