What you’ll do

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and related technologies (Spring MVC, Spring Data, etc.).
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and object-oriented programming.
• Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, relational databases) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA).
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Experience with telecom or cable industry is a plus.

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Produce design for system components that meet functional and non‑functional requirements, taking scalability, performance and reliability into account.
• Creating architectural diagrams, documentation and presentations to communicate technical design and decisions effectively.
• Ability to evaluate new technologies, frameworks and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and recommend them.
• Good knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS and microservices architecture.
• Proficient in programming languages: Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, React.js or Angular (Node.js).
• Ability to guide and mentor team members to adopt best practices and coding standards.
• Help provide specifications for APIs.
• Conduct security assessments and implement necessary measures following best practices and industry standards.
• Strong communicator to effectively bring together cross‑functional teams including project managers, testers, architects, etc. to provide solutions.
• Participate in project planning and issue resolution to ensure project deliveries.
