We are currently searching for a AMS Lead - Mainframe:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Provide expert L2/L3 support for Mainframe applications operating in a fast-paced, 24x7 support environment.
• Monitor production systems meticulously to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents.
• Perform comprehensive incident, service request, problem, and change management activities.
• Act as a primary liaison in customer-facing roles, driving effective stakeholder management and communication.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• Strong, proven experience working with COBOL , JCL , DB2 , CICS , and VSAM .
• Hands-on experience executing Mainframe batch processing and utilizing enterprise job scheduling tools.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
• Advanced Spanish.
