This role also coordinates and supervises the personnel assigned to these areas to ensure the proper execution of operations.**Responsibilities:*** Ensure compliance with safety standards by verifying the proper use of PPE and the implementation of safety checklists by personnel.* Coordinate and supervise staff in peripheral areas, ensuring proper task assignment and achievement of operational objectives.* Monitor and analyze production reports, identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement in the performance of the areas under responsibility.* Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the 5S methodology in peripheral areas to guarantee order, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.* Support inventory control activities by performing cycle counts and participating in monthly physical inventories.* Contribute to quality problem analysis and resolution by participating in the development and follow-up of action plans.* Communicate and promote safety, quality, and organizational communication programs and guidelines among personnel in the areas under coordination.**Requirements:*** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.* 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position within the manufacturing or maquiladora industry.* Intermediate level of English.* Schedule flexibility.* Experience managing and supervising operational personnel.* Knowledge of industrial safety.* Understanding of operations and production flow.* Basic production data analysis skills.* Knowledge of quality fundamentals.* 5S methodology and waste identification.* Basic inventory control.* Proficiency in MS Office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
