Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner - Salesforce CRM to own and prioritize the SW CRM backlog across initiatives such as renewals, entitlements, master data, forecasting, order management, and integrations. You will translate roadmap priorities into user stories, manage Agile delivery, and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce CRM backlog.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready requirements.
• Lead backlog refinement and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Partner with Product Managers, Architects, and Delivery teams.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from business stakeholders.
• Validate delivered functionality and support production releases.
• Drive process improvements, platform adoption, and user engagement.
• Support data governance, integrations, and compliance initiatives.

Your Profile

• 9+ years of Product Owner or Salesforce CRM product experience.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience in enterprise SaaS environments.
• Deep Salesforce expertise: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flows, Configuration, and Data Model.
• Experience with Funnel Management, Forecasting, Renewals, Entitlements, and Master Data.
• Proven backlog management and user story writing skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience working with global teams.
