Account Development Representative

The Account Development Representative position lays the foundation for a successful high-tech sales career. This entry-level role receives extensive training and mentoring for accelerated advancement within Nextiva's Inside Expansion Department. In this position, you will learn how to handle a full-cycle consultative sales process.

Responsibilities

• Through prospecting and inbound/outbound campaigns to Nextiva's customers, identify and qualify booking opportunities in our existing Mid-Market Customer Accounts that have between 250 and 2,500 users.
• Partner closely with Nextiva's Expansion Sales Team; passing on bookings and leads.
• Provide Amazing Customer Service.
• Demo Nextiva products to customers utilizing our self-serve tools.
• Learn how to walk customers through self-serve demos.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer facing role, preferably in Technology, Software, SaaS, Telecommunications, or other related industries.
• BA/BS in Business preferred, or equivalent combination of education or related work experience.
• Hands‑on Salesforce experience.
• Strong organization skills with superior attention to detail.
• Effective team player capable of working independently without supervision.
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
