Employee Services & procurement assistant

Intuitive Surgical seeks an Employee Services & Procurement Assistant in Mexicali to support employee-focused activities including transportation, cafeteria services, uniforms, and social events across multiple shifts and buildings, reporting to the Employee Services Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Manage locker and lock issuance for new employees and relocations while ensuring policy compliance
• Coordinate company social and recreational events including celebrations, wellness activities, and sports tournaments
• Participate in daily operations meetings as Employee Services representative and follow up on employee concerns
• Conduct new hire orientations covering transportation, cafeteria, lockers, uniforms, and employee programs
• Support cafeteria audits and gather information on transportation routes and employee satisfaction

Requirements

• Technical degree in Administration or related field
• Customer service orientation and strong communication skills
• Leadership and analytical abilities

• Flexible schedule
